We have taken part in this friendly league for the first time this year. There are two age groups and the team can be boys, girls or mixed.

Junior U13 Boys/U14 Girls

Adam Stevenson and John Procter travelled with the team and Jordan Homer played in goal for Chesterfield so that they could take part.

Pete Shuttleworth travelled with the team.

Week 4(Nttm Highflds): Results= Beeston 4 Highfields/A 0, Beeston 1 W.Bridgfrd 0, Beeston 0 Belper 3, Beeston 7 Nttm Highflds/B 0. Team = Rhys Stevenson, Jack Simkins, James Powell, Travis Merryweather, Robert Taylor, Jonathan Rowles, Tom Fletcher-Wilson, Robert Procter and Jake Trembling. Seven different players scored for Beeston. Martin Keeling travelled with the team.

Mary Nevill and Kris Elston travelled with the team.

Week 5(Beeston) : Results = Beeston 3 Chapel 0, Beeston 1 Buxton 0, Beeston 0 Burton 0, Team = Arran Abbiss, Ben Nevill, Ollie Atkin, Tom Gorman, Josh Leadbetter, Cellan Griffiths, Rowan Elston, Omar Farraj and Ben Trembling. Mary Nevill coached the team who played well especially as Ben T was unable to play in the final 2 matches. Cellan, Ben T, Omar and Ollie scored Beeston’s goals. Burton went on to finish runners up in the Derbyshire minis the following week.
Week 5(Beeston) : Results= Beeston 2 Buxton 0, Beeston 3 Chapel 1, Beeston 4 Derby Asterdale 1. Team = Jeremy caglayan, Ben N, Olie, Ben T, James S, Tom G, Tom N, and Ed. Mary Nevill trvelled with the team to Derby Asterdale and then back again with all the other teams after they had been locked out of the pitch at Derby!!
